'Plan your day' Package

FREE initial consultation to discuss your wedding plans and ideas (1-2 hours) We will then present you a package on different venues, Bride and Groom ideas, wedding day correspondence, general wedding services and extras.

Postal Package

Following a telephone call or email enquiry, we will provide a brochure, including a planning information sheet for wedding timescales and booking information. This will be sent in the post to help you plan your big day.

We will supply you with a guide to local venues and help match a location
to your individual needs and requirements.

Bridal Package - GIRLS ONLY!

We will organise up to four meetings with the Bride, to discuss and organise bookings, such as your hen party, spa/beauty treatments or hair, nail and make up packages. We also assist the Mother of the Bride, organise gifts for the groom, parents or bridesmaids.

On the day coordination

We will make sure that everything is taken care of on the day, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day. This support can vary depending on how much or as little you need on the day.

Full Service Package

A complete, organised wedding from start to finish. We will have full contact with you throughout your wedding preparations.

This service is priced at 10% of your budget or £2,500, whichever is greater. Please note: The total amount will be invoiced in three instalments. 25% will be invoiced as the contract is signed between you and ES Occasions, 50% three months before the wedding and the final 25% invoiced after the wedding day.

Tailor-made Packages

If you would prefer to do your own planning, but would like some support for the last few weeks and on the day, this is perhaps the perfect choice for you!

This service will include an initial FREE consultation after which your planner will visit your venue, communicate with and coordinate all the suppliers you have arranged and oversee your big day.
